Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
David Woolfson began his career in 1973 at The Nielsen Company in New York City after receiving his Bachelors and Master Degrees from Emerson College in Boston, MA, specializing in Communications Studies, Research, and Theory. Over the course of 23 years at Nielsen, David served local television stations, national broadcasting and cable networks and international media companies in 80 countries, inclusive of opening a Southeast office in Atlanta, where he serviced Ted Turner's local television station, WTCG-TV, which evolved into SuperStation - TBS, which followed by the launch of CNN in 1980. David was promoted and returned to New York. In 1996 David joined Turner Broadcasting System as senior vice president, overseeing the US and international research for TBS's news and entertainment networks around-the-world - over-air, cable/satellite, online, and mobile platforms. As an independent media research consultant/strategist, David served as SVP of Network Research at Univision Communications, Time Warner Cable Media Sales, and MediaLink. David relocated from Manhattan to Westhampton Beach in 2001 where he, his wife Catherine and their son Liam live today. David has a true love for the area and all it has to offer. That love is what drew him to selling real estate. After obtaining his Real Estate License in 2014, David joined Kerrigan Country Realty in Westhampton Beach. David's philosophy for success as a Real Estate Salesperson at Kerrigan Country Realty will remain the same as in his media research career, to always listen, respond and deliver to his clients and customers needs.
